personally, i love bags that are timeless and void of trends and gimmicks. jack rabbit bags are just that. they're made from some of italy's finest leather along with 22 carrot gold vermeil hardwear.

if you're not familiar with lutz & patmos they are a lux knitwear line out of new york. their line is all about dichotomies coming together: simple yet special, modern but comfortable, familiar but unique, for years not seasons, from day to night.

band of outsiders fall has arrived.
band of outsiders is designed by scott sternberg, a former caa agent, in l.a. he had no fashion background which gives him a completely new point of view on american menswear. he describes his collection as "brooks brothers boys' department circa 1970"
we've got an assortment of ties, long sleeve button downs, a plaid trench, scottish made knits, vests, and an amazing three piece suit. we also have three styles of the highly coveted band of outsiders shoes that were made in collaboration with sperry.

i wanted to show you some of my favorite coats for fall.
meet casey. she's the smiling face you may see when you stop by the store. she's always more than happy to help style you, grab you a different size or just hang out and talk about what's going on here at the project. she's also willing to model for me whenever i ask.
casey is wearing an opening ceremony swing coat. opening ceremony commissioned woolrich to make this large buffalo check fabric they used throughout the fall collection. the shape of casey's coat reminds me of christian dior in the early 60s but the high collar is a little futuristic making it the perfect coat for right now. if you're worried about the short sleeves, don't fret, just slip on some long black gloves and you're ready to take on the impending boston cold.
we also have casey's twelfth street by cynthia vincent booties in stock now.
this is the best color for a winter coat. ever. it's such a stand out in a sea of black coats. it's mc q by alexander mcqueen and we're the only place in boston you're going to find it. casey has on the short version that has one visible gold button and a hidden zipper for extra warmth. we also have a long double brested version comes in both bright red and black.
i love mm6 martin margiela. everything is in the details. there is this great hem line detail on the shoulder that makes this coat really special. i also love the versatility of grey. mm6 is new for us this fall; the whole line is minimalistic with amazing details just like this coat. come in soon because it's all going quickly!
well that's it. didn't casey look cute? i bet you will too.

i'm adrienne.
i'm the women's buyer here at the achilles project.
this is a picture of me doing my job. i think i'm mid sentence. i'm probably rambling on about how much i loved the acne jeans collection for spring. if you look real close you can see it on the racks behind me. the bag my lunch was in is blocking the most amazing shoe ever.
from now on i'm going to be letting you in on everything that's going on here at the achilles project. you'll be the first to know about new shipments, events, sales and all other things achilles.
mr. shaka ramsay, co-owner and men's buyer, and i will also be taking you inside the life of a buyer; you'll get to see pictures from our trips to new york for buys and fashion week.
fall is in full swing so come check out the collections!
check back here soon because i'll be showing you my favorite coats for men and women sometime this week.
